The Implementation of Amanah Values in Islamic Organizational Culture

چکیده
The value of amanah has the meaning being responsible for carrying out each task and obligation. This study aims at determining understanding application employees related to (trustworthiness) as an Islamic organizational culture University Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). applies qualitative method phenomenological approach. Data collection is carried through interviews, observation documentation. Furthermore, data obtained are processed using analysis techniques, namely Reduction, Presentation, Drawing Conclusions. results this indicate that UMM have understood applied culture. Indicators include Fair stated in QS An Nisa verse 135, Commitment Nahl 91, Reliable 58, Open Al Hadid 9, Independent Baqarah 256, Physically Mentally Healthy Qashash 26, Responsibility Mudatsir verses 38-39.
